Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.99 (usually 2-3 working days)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.99 (usually 1-2 working days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed – £11.95 (next working day by 1pm, fully insured – recommended for high-value orders)

Every order is sent tracked. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Services & Timeframes

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm is a guaranteed next day service with compensation up to £750. Monday - Friday. Postage cost can also be reclaimed from Royal Mail should the next day guarantee not be met. Please contact us if this is the case.

Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12pm might not be dispatched until the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48® aims for delivery within 2-3 days of dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24® aims for delivery within 1-2 days of dispatch.

Whilst all delivery services aim for certain time frames, sometimes it can take longer and is unfortunately outside of our control. If you are worried your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do everything we can to find a solution.

Packing

Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes. Single cards are shipped sleeved and top-loaded. Condition matters to us as much as it does to you.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@rempokedogg.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
